Burn out? Yeah, we got 'em.
So I just realized that I’m fairly protective of the people in my team. I had a quick chat with one of my guys who casually asked how to flex out some accumulated overtime after a stretch of late
Awh sh*t, here we go again.
Not really sure what this is yet, just felt like I needed a place to put things. Thoughts mostly. Some about work, since I spend most of my time writing code or trying to coach and manage other coders anyway.
